Cup Profile: Sweet, fruity, tangerine infused coffee with smooth aftertaste.

This coffee is a Red honey, which means 80% of the fruity mucilage from the coffee cherry is left on the parchment. Many of the farms now producing micro-lots have had their coffee win in Cup of Excellence competitions.

Harvest is between December and March.  The overall drying process  takes around 10 to 12 days.
